Terms of Service

1. Who we are

PepTribe Medical Pty Ltd ("PepTribe", "we", "us") operates the PepTribe platform — a telehealth service connecting Australian patients with Australian-registered doctors and TGA-licensed compounding pharmacies.

These Terms govern your use of peptribe.com.au and any related apps, portals, and services (the "Platform").

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform you must be at least 18 years old, an Australian resident, and capable of forming a binding contract.

3. Clinical decisions and your doctor

PepTribe is a coordination platform — we are not your treating practitioner. All clinical decisions, including the appropriateness of any pathway, the dosing of any compounded preparation, and any prescription, are made solely by your treating Australian-registered doctor. PepTribe makes no therapeutic claims and does not guarantee any clinical outcome.

4. Subscription, billing, and cancellation

If your treating doctor prescribes a pathway and you elect to proceed, you agree to the subscription terms displayed at checkout. You may cancel or pause at any time through the patient portal, subject to any clinical guidance from your doctor.

5. Acceptable use

  • You will provide truthful information during clinical intake.
  • You will not resell, share, or transfer any prescribed protocol.
  • You will not impersonate any other person, doctor, or pharmacy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, PepTribe's total liability arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid PepTribe in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Victoria.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the platform or by email.
